Exact really means exact
Brand, model, size, colour, pack quantity, and kit contents must line up. A refurbished tool is not the same offer as a new one.
A lower item price may cost more delivered
Stock, seller eligibility, your location, delivery charges, quantities, and existing discounts can change the result. Not every marketplace listing qualifies.
Your retailer has the final say
We provide evidence and explain restrictions. You request the match; we cannot guarantee approval. If matching is unavailable, we can show a separately labelled cheaper-retailer option.

Is the first month really free?
Yes. All service fees are waived for unlimited lists submitted during your first 30 consecutive days, even if those reviews finish later. We confirm the dates by email when your first usable list is accepted. One trial per business; no card and no automatic renewal.
What happens after the trial?
You choose whether to continue. New paid reviews start only after a written agreement on our percentage of actual, documented savings. Savings can come from an approved price match or buying the identical product from a cheaper retailer. No achieved savings means no savings-based fee.
What if my usual store won’t price match?
The retailer controls approval. We explain likely restrictions and can separately show a cheaper purchase option elsewhere. You decide whether to change retailers; there is no requirement to buy.
Can I send old invoices or previous purchase lists?
Yes. They help identify repeat items and historical spending. We check current offers and your current net baseline for future purchases. Past purchases do not automatically qualify for a refund; any adjustment depends on the retailer’s policy, evidence, and time limits.
What if I only have product names?
Send the names and any photos, links, brands, quantities, or store information you have. We may ask for a model, SKU, dimensions, or pack details before treating two offers as an exact match.
How quickly will I receive a report?
Timing depends on the list, the available product details, and retailer evidence. Include your purchase deadline so we can confirm whether it is workable before you rely on the review. We do not promise an instant result.
Can prices or stock change after the report?
Yes. Offer links and comparison dates show what was checked. Reconfirm the price, seller, stock, delivery costs, and match eligibility before purchasing. Potential savings are not a reservation or a retailer approval.
How are my business documents handled?
Submitted documents are used to research your list, prepare your report, and administer the service. Do not include payment/card details, client information, or unrelated personal data. Documents are not public marketing examples without separate permission. See our business-submission privacy section.
Do I need the app, or have to buy through you?
No. This is an email-led service for BC contractors. You do not need an app account, and you purchase directly from your chosen retailer. We do not place orders or request retailer approval on your behalf.
