Contractor Service Privacy
When you contact us about the contractor savings service or email a purchase list, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include business and contact details, product lists, invoices, receipts, photos, product names and model numbers, quantities, prices, your purchase location, and purchase deadlines.
We use this information to clarify product details, research prices and retailer policies, prepare your comparison report, communicate with you, and administer the trial and any agreed paid service. Emails and attachments are processed by our email provider and, where needed, the service providers described above.
Your business documents and reports are not public. We will not publish your purchase lists, invoices, business details, or results as examples, proof of savings, or testimonials without your separate permission.
Before sending a document, please redact payment card and bank details, client information, and other personal details that are not needed for the review. Keep the product identifiers, quantities, prices, retailer name, and relevant purchase dates visible so we can assess the list accurately.
