Contractor Savings Service

Price Match Paradise provides manual product-price research and comparison reports for contractors and businesses in British Columbia. We are independent of the retailers we research and are not their agent or an affiliated retailer. You purchase the products yourself and request any price match from the retailer.

Purchase lists and comparison reports

Please provide accurate product names, brand and model or other identifiers where available, quantities, your usual retailer and prices, purchase location, and any deadline. If information is missing or a product cannot be identified accurately, we will request clarification rather than guess.

A previous invoice or purchase list can help identify recurring products and establish a baseline for future purchases. Reviewing it does not guarantee a refund or a retrospective price adjustment. Any adjustment depends on the retailer's policy, evidence, and applicable time limits.

A lower advertised price is a potential opportunity, not an approved price match or achieved saving. Eligibility depends on the exact product and pack or kit contents, condition, current stock, location or delivery availability, quantities, and the retailer's current policy. Marketplace sellers, clearance or refurbished products, trade quotes, contractor or volume prices, and other special offers may be excluded. Retailers decide whether to approve a request, and prices and availability can change before you buy.

First 30 days free

The first trial is available once per business and lasts 30 consecutive days. It starts when we accept your first usable purchase list and confirm the start date by email. You may submit unlimited lists during the trial. Reviews of lists submitted during those 30 days remain fee-free even if we complete them after the trial ends.

No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically renew or become a paid service. We do not promise a fixed turnaround time. A new review after the trial becomes paid only if you agree to written service and fee terms before that review begins.

Paid service and documented savings

For an agreed paid review, our fee is an agreed share of actual, documented savings achieved through an eligible price match or by buying the same product for less. The percentage and service terms are agreed in writing; no fixed percentage applies by default.

The savings calculation uses an agreed current net baseline for the same products and quantities, including the business discounts available to you. It compares that baseline with the cost actually paid and accounts for incremental shipping and handling costs. A historical invoice alone does not establish a current saving.

There is no savings fee on a potential comparison, an item you do not purchase, or an item for which no savings are achieved. Cancelled or returned purchases are excluded from achieved savings. Any agreed service fee is separate from the retailer's product price and is shown separately from the savings calculation.

Your purchasing decision

You decide whether and where to buy and are responsible for confirming product suitability, quantities, final prices, delivery requirements, and the retailer's approval. We provide research and evidence to support that decision; we do not guarantee savings or retailer acceptance.
