The model-number trap (and how to avoid it)
The #1 reason electronics price matches get denied is a slightly different model. TVs, laptops and appliances often come in retailer-specific versions with different suffixes, and Best Buy only matches the identical model.
The fastest way to be sure is to compare by barcode (UPC) instead of by product name. The barcode on the box identifies the exact model:
